Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join the Integrated Community Services Business Unit as a District Nurse Team Leader. The role would suit an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a new challenge or a senior Nurse looking to take the next step in their career.
We are seeking an experienced nurse in the community field with a track record of positive, driven clinical leadership and management skills. This post provides a huge opportunity to harness the enthusiasm of the current team to develop the service further. You will be enhancing and developing the nursing skills of staff to broaden the provision available to patients. The post holder must have effective communication skills and must be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the service.
If you are innovative, motivated, dynamic and forward thinking with good leadership, clinical and management skills this might be the right post for you.
