Job summary

To work as a member of the Primary Health Care Team

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care under the direction of the team leader.

To ensure the provision of effective, efficient, appropriate, high quality patient care over 24 hours, seven days a week.

To deputise for the District Nursing Team Manager/Deputy in their absence.

To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.

Main duties of the job

A registered nurse permanent post has become available within the South East District Nursing Team for a staff nurse who wishes to develop their nursing career within the exciting speciality of community nursing.
