We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Children's Nurse to join our friendly, professional team.
Main duties of the job
The Children's Community Nursing Team provide vital support to children from birth - 18 years with complex and nursing needs across Oxfordshire. The service provides, respite sessions, supports care packages for children with continuing health care needs, delivers an acute service and provides palliative and end of life care at home.
As a Children's Community Staff Nurse you will work automatously within the locality team to support all core aspects of the service. This is an exciting and varied role where you will safeguard and advocate for the child, facilitate their care and provide training so that their health needs are safely managed at home and in school.

This role is based at Northway Community Centre, however we offer a countywide service and travel to other areas/bases is required on a regular basis, it is essential to hold a UK driving license and have access to a Car for work.
