Main duties of the job
An exciting development opportunity has arisen within Adult Community Nursing Services for a confident Nurse to lead a team of District and Community nurses in our exceptional Newark Integrated Nursing Team to support, inspire and innovate within our existing leadership team.
The successful post holder will support the Community Nursing service in delivering excellent care to their local population as well as contributing in shaping our future District Nursing services in the locality. We are looking for a professional of high calibre who can drive forward excellence and high standards of care across the team and wider Primary Care Networks.
