Job summary

Main duties of the job
We are looking for two talented individuals to join our Community Nursing teams in Bargoed and Caerphilly whilst being part of a district nursing team in Caerphilly Borough. You will be part of the development of new ways of working within the community. You will be given the skills and training to undertake a variety of tasks to a care for a delegated cohort of patients to support their health and wellbeing.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
