Where you will be working
You will have the opportunity to work in one of our 5 Primary Care Network (PCN) Teams covering Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford.
Ideally you will be a car owner / driver; however we also have access to pool and lease cars.

Main duties of the job
A District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ) is an essential criteria.
Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
Managing a caseload with support of the Clinical Lead
Line Management and leadership of a team of Registered Nurses & HCAs.
Our core service hours are 8am - 10pm, 7 days per week.
It can be quite a challenging role at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, and resilience and vigilance are important.
