CSP qualification is desirable but not essential.

Main duties of the job

As an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) you will be required to work as part of our Out of Hours District Nursing Service to provide complex nursing care to adults in their own home and in a variety of settings within the community.

You will work closely with the Out of Hours GP Service and the Integrated Neighbourhood teams to ensure that patient care is effectively co-ordinated, demonstrating a positive impact on our patients.The Out Of Hours Service works from one Central base at Withington Community Hospital and covers patients within Central Manchester Locality. Shift patterns are from 5:30pm - 11:30pm and 10pm -8am and is 7 days per week.
