Job summary

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Band 6 District Nurse to join our community nursing team across North West Surrey. Suitable for flexible hours and is open to both full time and part time applicants

The Community Team visit patients in their own home as well as care homes. We have excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical & leadership skills. The team has experienced Senior District Nurses & Team Leaders to ensure you have the necessary support for your personal development. The CN service works over a 7-day week, including weekend and bank holidays.

Individuals will be expected to deliver and maintain a high standard of clinical and professional Nursing Care and to assist in the delivery of all aspects of individualised patient care.
